When you turn it off and on again, the switch will actively get the time information and weather information refreshed once. If
the weather and time information does not match the time, use this function to refresh.
power-on state：Setting the state when the switch is powered on, power off, power on, remembering the state at the last power off,
can be set individually or all.
radar setup：Radar on, can detect human movement, human proximity switch 60-80cm switch bright screen, no human movement delay off
the LCD screen.
Radar off: does not detect human movement, human approach will not light up the screen. (Sleep mode applies)
Always on screen: The LCD screen will not go off and is in the always on state.
